The Baby Whisperer Behind the Brand
Anna is a beacon of support for families grappling with sleep challenges. As a mum of two, she intimately understands the struggle of sleep deprivation, especially in the blur of returning to work with a little one at home. She has lived the early-morning fog, the guesswork, and the quiet worry that comes with it.
Before Dream with Baker, Anna spent years as a sought-after nanny for families in Sydney, including celebrity households, before becoming a full-time baby sleep consultant. Her mission has always been proactive: to reach parents early, before the exhaustion tips into something heavier like postnatal depression.
That experience shaped a simple belief. The right baby clothes should make the hardest hours of parenting a little easier, not add another fiddly snap to fumble with in the dark. Every Dream with Baker design starts from that point of view.
It is also why every piece is made from organic fabric. When you are dressing a newborn several times a night, you want to know exactly what is touching their skin. How Dream with Baker Came to Be
Every brand has an origin story. Ours runs through sleepless Sydney nights, a decade of caring for other people's children, and the slow realisation that the smallest design details make the biggest difference to a tired family.
The Beginning
A nanny in Sydney
Anna built her reputation caring for families across Sydney, including celebrity households such as Russell Crowe's. It was here she earned the name the baby whisperer.
The Calling
Becoming a sleep consultant
Anna trained as a full-time baby sleep consultant, helping exhausted parents find rest. The same problems came up again and again, and many traced back to the clothes babies slept in. Bulky fastenings, full undressing for every change, and fabrics that ran too hot were quietly undoing good sleep routines.
The Idea
